    In the project recording of the progressive date is vertically under a column "R1B1",then "R2B2" and contd... but when the progressive date will be recorded in a row that means under "R1D1", "R1E1" and recording goes on and on as per the need and progressive date recording in each time will be against the unique I'd placed in cell "R1A1" for a party
    "R2A2" for a party and so on

    2ndly here you transfer all data like "A" to "F" from active sheet 1 to active sheet 1.
    but if someone wants only specific data if I say "A" and ''B" column and in a separate sheet then what will be the coding.

    Example sheet - 1
    Heading
    R1A1 - Patient Name, R1B1 - ID, R1C1 - Mob. No. ,R1 D1 - Date of visit ,R1 E1 - date of second visit , R1F1 - date of 3rd visit then Erow+ 1 for next party data recording and so on and on.
    In this manner data will be recorded in sheet 1 for different party for same and progressive date

    Sheet - 2
    R1A1 - extract result means data between two different dates . (Dates)
    R1B1 - Name, R1C1 - Mob.no.
